Estopia Engineering Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Clarik mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other diagnostic data.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party services to help us operate and improve the App. These third parties may have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• PostHog: We use PostHog for analytics to understand how you use our App and to improve functionality. PostHog collects usage data but does not collect sensitive health data unless explicitly authorized.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchase receipts. RevenueCat processes transaction data to validate your pro status.

Data Storage

Local Storage: Your sensitive health data (medications, adherence logs) is stored locally on your device using an encrypted database. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., via an export feature).

Device Permissions

The App requests the following sensitive permissions to function:

• Calendar: We use your calendar to sync your medication schedules so you never miss a dose.
• Reminders / Notifications: We use local notifications to send you timely medication reminders, even when the App is closed.
• FaceID / Biometrics: We use FaceID/TouchID to secure your health data within the App. This biometric data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Use of Data

Estopia Engineering Ltd. uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App
• To notify you about changes to our App
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our App when you choose to do so
• To provide customer care and support
• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the App
• To monitor the usage of the App
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
